Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for an Export Agent, based in Indore with some work from home flexibility. The Export Agent will be responsible for managing international shipments, preparing export documentation, coordinating with customers and logistics service providers, ensuring compliance with regulations, and handling customer service inquiries related to exports.

Qualifications

• Excellent Communication skills
• Strong Customer Service skills
• Experience in Ocean Freight and Export processes
• Knowledge of Forwarding procedures
• Attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work environment
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
• Experience in the semiconductor or tech industry is a plus
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and export management software
