Eteros Technologies is seeking a Vice President of Sales and Business Development- VLSI / Semiconductor to formulate and implement a comprehensive sales strategy for India.

Job Description
- Develop and execute a robust sales strategy (VLSI / Semiconductor) for India aligned with global business goals
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities across semiconductor OEMs, fabless companies, and design houses
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with key decision-makers and influencers
- Lead, mentor, and scale a high-performing sales team across regions
- Collaborate with marketing, engineering, and delivery teams to tailor solutions for client needs
- Own the sales funnel from lead generation to closure, ensuring consistent pipeline growth
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to refine go-to-market strategies
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and client meetings
- Report sales performance, forecasts, and strategic insights to executive leadership
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field; MBA preferred12+ years of experience in semiconductor or electronics services.Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and driving business growthStrong network within the semiconductor ecosystem in IndiaExcellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skillsStrategic thinker with hands-on execution capabilityExperience working with global teams and clients is a plusBenefits
