- Recruit, manage, and mentor a high-performing product management team

- Oversee end-to-end product development from ideation through design, development, testing, and launch
- Drive development of high-quality products and solutions
- Conduct market research and gather customer insights to guide product decisions
- Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies
- Define and prioritize the product roadmap ensuring alignment with company objectives and customer feedback
- Manage resources to meet product development milestones efficiently
- Collaborate with engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams for successful product launches and adoption
- Partner with marketing to develop product marketing strategies including positioning, pricing, and go-to-market plans
- Ensure effective product messaging and promotion
- Monitor and analyze product performance, including sales, adoption, and customer satisfaction
- Identify opportunities for product enhancements and improvements
- Mitigate product-related risks including market and competitive threats
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards
- Provide regular reports to the CEO and executive team on product initiatives, progress, and performance
