About the Role
We’re hiring HR Generalists to manage day-to-day HR operations and employee support activities. You’ll be the go-to person for employees and ensure smooth functioning of all HR processes — from attendance and payroll coordination to grievance handling and engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee employee lifecycle activities including onboarding, confirmation, and exit.
- Maintain HR records, attendance, and leave management systems.
- Coordinate payroll inputs and statutory compliance support.
- Handle employee queries and grievances with professionalism and empathy.
- Support HR policies, engagement activities, and compliance documentation.
What We’re Looking For
2–5 years of experience as an HR Generalist.Strong knowledge of HR operations, documentation, and compliance.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.Proficiency in MS Excel and HRIS tools.
