Experience and Professional Qualifications Required for this role
Work Experience – Minimum 5-8 years of experience in the area of managing DSA / Sub-
brokers / Channel Partners / IFAs in broking / investment advisory / capital markets.
Management Experience – Experience of managing outbound contact center teams
Education Qualifications – Graduate / Technical qualification
Work Experience : 5 - 8 years.
Education Qualifications : Post graduate / graduate with management degree preferred.

Minimum 5-8 years of experience in the area of managing DSA / Sub-brokers / Channel
Partners / IFAs in broking / investment advisory / capital markets.
Worked in sales with an Investment Advisory company, AMCs, Equity Broking Houses.
Excellent track record of sales performance and achievement of revenue targets.
Language Proficiency : Strong command over Hindi and English.
Areas of Responsibility- She / he will be responsible for setting up and managing the processes for driving
and continuously improving the Channel B2B Sales.
The candidate would be responsible for onboarding new channel partners & getting revenue targets achieved through them which includes Chartered Accountant, Equity
Sub - broker, Mutual Fund Distributor, Insurance Brokers etc.
Address all the queries of Channel Partners / Distributors and be able to create trust and credibility.
The candidate will be on field job in Mumbai.
Should be able to cross-sell and up-sell across all product categories which includes
Equity, Mutual Funds, Insurance, etc.
Coordination with on-ground team for any customer request or servicing requirements.
