Role - Channel Sales – B2B

Overall role contribution to team, customer & organization

Operating Network - External & Internal Stakeholders

Accountable to : Team Lead

Internal Interactions : All departments

External Interactions : Clientele.

Annual Target Revenue (If applicable)

Will be decided mutually.

Experience and Professional Qualifications Required for this role

 Work Experience – Minimum 5-8 years of experience in the area of managing DSA / Sub-

brokers / Channel Partners / IFAs in broking / investment advisory / capital markets.

 Management Experience – Experience of managing outbound contact center teams

 Education Qualifications – Graduate / Technical qualification

 Work Experience : 5 - 8 years.

 Education Qualifications : Post graduate / graduate with management degree preferred.

Highlighting the key technical and language skills required

 Technical Expertise

 Language Proficiency

Technical Expertise :

 Minimum 5-8 years of experience in the area of managing DSA / Sub-brokers / Channel

Partners / IFAs in broking / investment advisory / capital markets.

 Worked in sales with an Investment Advisory company, AMCs, Equity Broking Houses.

 Excellent track record of sales performance and achievement of revenue targets.

Language Proficiency : Strong command over Hindi and English.

Areas of Responsibility- She / he will be responsible for setting up and managing the processes for driving

and continuously improving the Channel B2B Sales.

 The candidate would be responsible for onboarding new channel partners & getting revenue targets achieved through them which includes Chartered Accountant, Equity

Sub - broker, Mutual Fund Distributor, Insurance Brokers etc.

 Address all the queries of Channel Partners / Distributors and be able to create trust and credibility.

 The candidate will be on field job in Mumbai.

 Should be able to cross-sell and up-sell across all product categories which includes

Equity, Mutual Funds, Insurance, etc.

 Coordination with on-ground team for any customer request or servicing requirements.
