Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Service Engineer located in Chennai. The Service Engineer will be responsible for Installation, troubleshooting, providing technical support, field service, and performing maintenance & repair tasks on medical devices. The role will involve regular interaction with suppliers for support and supply of spares and with customers to ensure their equipment is operational and meets their needs.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Installation, Troubleshooting and Field Service skills
• Strong Communication and Technical Support abilities
• Experience in Maintenance & Repair of medical devices
• Excellent customer service skills
• Ability to work independently and on-site
• Diploma / Bachelor's degree in Biomedical Engineering / Instrumentation / Electronic Engineering.
• Previous experience in the healthcare or medical devices industry is a plus
