Job description

Job Overview :

We are looking for a proactive and customer-oriented Real Estate Sales Executive to handle client inquiries, conduct property site visits, and support the sales process. The role involves client communication, follow-ups, scheduling visits, presenting project details, and assisting with closures.

Key Responsibilities :

1. Site Visits With Clients

Schedule and coordinate site visits with interested clients.

Accompany clients during visits and explain project details, layouts, amenities, pricing, and benefits.

Understand client requirements and match them with suitable property options.

Ensure a positive and professional experience throughout the site tour.

2. Client Calling & Lead Follow-Up

Call and follow up with leads from marketing campaigns, property portals, and referrals.

Explain project details over the phone and encourage site visit bookings.

Maintain a structured follow-up system to ensure timely communication and conversions.

Handle client questions and objections confidently.

Work with the sales manager to meet monthly revenue and visit targets.

Maintain accurate sales trackers and reporting sheets.

3. Coordination & Reporting

Coordinate with CRM, marketing, and operations teams for smooth workflow.

Provide daily updates on lead status, site visits, client feedback, and sales progress.

Stay updated on real estate trends, competing projects, and market pricing

Requirements :

Minimum 3 years of experience in real estate sales

Fluent in communicating in English

Two-wheeler is compulsory

for client meetings and site visits

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Preferably a Bachelor’s degree in any field

Knowledge of local market trends is a plus
