Lead and manage the data science team, setting technical direction and ensuring high-quality delivery of AI-driven features.
Design and develop machine learning models for candidate assessment, natural language understanding, and predictive hiring analytics.
Collaborate with engineering, product, and research teams to integrate AI models into production environments.
Oversee data strategy — including data collection, cleaning, labeling, and pipeline optimization.
Implement model monitoring and performance evaluation frameworks to ensure fairness, transparency, and robustness.
Research and prototype new approaches in NLP, voice analysis, and AI ethics in hiring.
Present insights and findings to senior leadership, translating technical outputs into business impact.
Requirements
Minimum 3 years’ experience in applied data science, machine learning, or AI engineering (experience in HR tech or recruitment AI is a plus).
Strong programming skills in Python and experience with ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn, etc.).
Experience in NLP (transformers, LLMs, text classification, sentiment / emotion analysis, etc.) and familiarity with audio / video data is highly desirable.
Solid understanding of model evaluation, data ethics, and bias mitigation in AI systems.
Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and MLOps tools for scalable deployment.
Excellent communication skills and fluency in English — able to explain complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field (PhD preferred but not required).
