PMS Executive (3 Days Left)

Role Objective :

To support the PMS Lead in managing performance data across different divisions by delivering accurate analytics, engaging with stakeholders, and driving continuous improvement.

️ Key Responsibilities :

• Collect, clean, and analyse performance data to generate actionable insights
• Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and performance scorecards
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver solutions
• Ensure timely and accurate updates of PMS metrics across divisions
• Assist in refining performance frameworks, KPIs, and review mechanisms
• Support change management and process improvement initiatives
