Responsibilities :

Support the professional management and operation of the Kindergarten for

1-6 year olds

Foster positive relationships with parents, teachers, and Kindergarten management

Full-time position with a 9-hour working day, including provided snacks and lunch

Key Skills We Seek :

Bachelor's Degree in Education / Psychology / Human Development

Passion for the Early Childhood space and enjoyment of working with young children

Excellent English proficiency with enthusiastic and positive communication skills

Playful, creative, responsible, resourceful, and a flexible approach

Strong interest or working knowledge in Early Childhood Learning

Ability and willingness to adapt foreign curriculum to suit the Indian culture

Desire to be involved in building a Kindergarten from the ground up

Dynamic, service-minded, and capable of working independently
