Software Development Engineer

Job Title : Software Development Engineer III (SDE2 & SDE-3)

Location : Gurgaon (On-site)

Experience : 3-7 the Role :

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced SDE-3 to join our engineering team. The ideal candidate should have a strong technical background, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to design, develop, and scale high-performance applications. You will be responsible for driving technical excellence, mentoring junior engineers, and collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful Responsibilities :

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable, reliable, and secure applications.
• Lead end-to-end ownership of projects, from architecture to deployment.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Mentor and guide junior engineers to foster a culture of technical growth.
• Participate in code reviews, system design discussions, and optimization efforts.
• Ensure best practices in coding standards, architecture, and system :
• Bachelors / Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience in software development.
• Strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, Python, Golang, Node.js, Microservices, MySQL (or equivalent modern stack).
• Solid understanding of system design, data structures, and algorithms.
• Experience in designing scalable and distributed systems.
• Proficiency in cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
