Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an HR Lead - Corporate, located in Delhi. The HR Lead will develop and implement effective HR policies, oversee recruitment and hiring processes, manage employee benefits, and ensure compliance with labor laws and organizational standards. Key responsibilities include supporting personnel management, mentoring HR team members, and fostering a positive workplace culture aligned with the company's values.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Human Resources (HR) processes and HR policies
• Strong background in HR Management and Employee Benefits administration
• Experience with Personnel Management and conflict resolution
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
• Ability to lead HR initiatives and strategies to align with organizational goals
• Proven problem-solving and organizational abilities
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; a master's degree is a plus
• Prior experience in the education or corporate sectors is an advantage
