Job Description :
Key responsibilities include :
- Responsibility for projects involving implementation, testing, designing, upgrading, and changing D365 FinOps modules
- Working alongside Level 2 Support team and being the escalation point on D365 related issues
- Ensuring effective reporting basis agile principles and ensuring best usage of resources
- Working constructively with other team members to support a collaborative culture
Skills Needed
The successful candidate will undertake and manage all activities involved in the management of enterprise platforms being rolled out under the customer’s Transformation program.
