Job Description :

Acquara Management Consultant Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Analyst – Corporate Taxation & Tax Planning to support our UAE Corporate Tax practice. The role involves handling end-to-end tax data review, computation preparation, and compliance reporting in accordance with UAE Corporate Tax laws.

Key Responsibilities :

• Data Extraction & Organization :
• Extract, collate, and organize financial data from client systems and accounting software for tax computation purposes.
• Tax Scrutiny & Compliance :
• Review and scrutinize accounting records to ensure accuracy and compliance with UAE Corporate Tax laws and guidelines.
• Tax Computation Preparation :
• Prepare detailed corporate tax computations, reconciliations, and supporting schedules in line with statutory requirements.
• Financial Review :
• Assist in reviewing and analyzing trial balances, general ledgers, and financial statements to identify key tax adjustments.
• Tax Documentation & Reporting :
• Maintain proper working papers and documentation to support tax filings, assessments, and audits.
• Variance & Financial Analysis :
• Perform variance analysis and provide insights on trends in income, expenses, and balance sheet items.
• Process & System Improvement :
• Contribute to improving accuracy and efficiency in tax computation and reporting processes.

Required Skills & Competencies :

• Analytical Ability : Strong problem-solving skills with attention to numerical accuracy and detail.
• Technical Skills : Proficiency in MS Excel and familiarity with ERP / accounting systems (e.G., Tally, QuickBooks, SAP, or similar).
• Tax Knowledge : Basic understanding of Corporate Tax laws and accounting standards.
• Communication : Clear and concise written and verbal communication;

ability to work collaboratively with internal teams and clients.

• Organization & Time Management : Ability to handle multiple clients and deliver assignments within deadlines.
