To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we're looking to add a Sr Analyst - Accounts Payable in Chennai.
What a typical day looks like:
.Sound Knowledge in End-to-End AP process
.Address Supplier AP Queries with Qualitative Response
.Perform vendor reconciliation based on the payment terms defined.
.Resolve Dispute invoices by collaboration with Purchasing team and vendors.
.Provide On the Job Training to Newcomers
.Clear Aged Transactions by performing reconciliations and working closely with suppliers and buyers.
.Work on Risk exposure items and clear them with help from suppliers and buyers.
.Completion of Month End Activities to ensure books are closed without any issues.
.Must provide Innovative ideas to improve process.
The experience we're looking to add to our team:
.BCom / BBA(Finance) / M.Com / MBA(Finance). Good understanding on MS applications
.Sound Knowledge in End-to-End AP process
.4-7 years in Accounting/AP
.Excellent written/oral communication skills
.Proficiency in MS Office and ERP Systems.
.Good analytical skills and should be a team player.
.Willingness to work in complex environment with strict deadlines on projects.
