Role : Salesforce Developer-Service Cloud

Experience : 5+ years

Location : Bangalore

Job Summary :

We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Developer with strong expertise in Service Cloud to join our team in Bangalore . The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of hands-on development experience and be proficient in customizing and extending Service Cloud capabilities to support business needs.

Key Responsibilities :

Develop and customize Salesforce Service Cloud solutions including Apex Classes , Triggers , Lightning Components (Aura / LWC) , and Visualforce
Work on Case Management , Omni-Channel , Knowledge Base , and Service Console enhancements
Design and implement automation using Flows, Process Builder, and Workflow Rules
Collaborate with architects, admins, and business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions
Integrate Salesforce with third-party systems using REST / SOAP APIs
Ensure code quality through unit testing and best development practices

Required Skills :

5+ years of Salesforce development experience with a focus on Service Cloud

Proficient in Apex , SOQL , LWC , Aura Components , and Lightning Experience

Experience with Salesforce APIs , integrations , and data migration

Salesforce Platform Developer I certification required; Developer II or Service Cloud Consultant is a plus

Strong understanding of Service Cloud features like Entitlements, Milestones, and Omni-Channel

Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
