Senior Project Coordinator

Job Description

• We are seeking a skilled project manager to oversee the implementation of projects for clients, taking overall responsibility and managing travel products.
• The ideal candidate will document and track projects using client-specific processes and tools.
• As a single point of contact for the project team throughout the implementation process, you will ensure effective collaboration and communication with stakeholders.
• Our successful project manager will lead local Joint Planning meetings and ensure adherence to client-defined onboarding processes from pre-assessment to post-implementation.
• Key responsibilities include clarifying and communicating roles and responsibilities to all project members, leading weekly conference calls, preparing agendas, and producing detailed call notes.
• You will also monitor project progress, ensure timely completion of tasks, and update project tracking tools, as well as maintain an accurate RAG status.
• Additionally, the project manager will proactively manage project risks, including escalation and resolution as needed, and attend EMEA & Global Implementation calls, providing updates and delivering required actions by specified deadlines.
• Lastly, you will coordinate end-to-end testing and technical setups with relevant service delivery and technical teams.
