Job Title : Informatica Developer

Location : Pune, Bangalore, Hyderabad, Chennai, Kolkata

Experience : 5-8 years

Notice Period : Immediate to max 10 days

Job Description :

We are looking for a skilled Informatica Developer to create and maintain complex data integration solutions using Informatica PowerCenter ETL. This role will be critical in ensuring data availability, integrity, and efficient processing for our financial data warehouse and analytical data marts. The ideal candidate will provide technical leadership and contribute to advancing our data strategies.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Design, develop, and maintain complex ETL workflows using Informatica PowerCenter.
  • Ensure source system data availability, data integrity, restartability, and implement robust error handling.
  • Support the ongoing evolution and enhancement of financial data warehouse and analytical data marts.
  • Identify gaps and weaknesses in the data stack and guide continuous improvements.
  • Provide technical expertise and leadership to the Data Integration team through all project phases including analysis, design, and architecture.
  • Influence and negotiate data strategy improvements with stakeholders beyond the immediate team.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align integration solutions with business needs.

Required Skills & Experience :

  • Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience with Informatica PowerCenter.
  • 5+ years of experience with Oracle and SQL Server databases.
  • Strong background in ETL development, Business Intelligence (BI), and Data Warehousing (DW).
  • Expertise in DW Multi-Dimensional modeling.
  • Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related discipline.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Proven problem-solving abilities with an innovative, proactive approach.
  • Ability to recommend and implement best practices and processes.
  • Domain knowledge in corporate functions such as HR, Finance, or Real Estate is a plus.
