We are seeking a highly skilled System Designer / Architect to lead the architecture and design of enterprise-grade technology solutions. The role focuses on creating scalable, secure, and high-performance system frameworks that align with business goals and long-term growth.
The ideal candidate will combine strategic system design expertise with the ability to translate business requirements into robust, future-ready technical architectures , guiding development teams with clear and structured blueprints.
Key Responsibilities Architecture & Design
- Design and define end-to-end system architectures for complex applications.
- Create and maintain system blueprints, technical diagrams, and data flow models .
- Evaluate hosting models (cloud, on-premise, hybrid) and recommend the best fit.
- Establish integration frameworks for APIs, services, and third-party applications.
Technical Leadership
Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to ensure alignment of design with business objectives.Review and approve technical design documents before development begins.Provide ongoing architectural guidance throughout project lifecycles.Participate in client discussions to validate feasibility and scalability of proposed solutions.Governance & Standards
Define and enforce best practices for architecture, coding standards, and system security .Ensure all designs meet performance, reliability, and compliance benchmarks .Maintain comprehensive documentation for technical decisions and design models.Required Skills & Qualifications
3+ years of experience as a System Designer, Solution Architect, or Technical Architect .Strong knowledge of system design principles, UML, data modeling, and enterprise architecture frameworks .Expertise in databases, APIs, microservices, and integration methodologies .Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).Familiarity with security practices (RBAC, encryption, secure API design, compliance frameworks).Excellent communication skills with the ability to bridge business and technical teams .Good-to-Have Skills
Exposure to enterprise applications (ERP / CRM / SaaS) .Experience with multi-tenant architectures and automation workflows.Understanding of scalable front-end and back-end design patterns .Knowledge of DevOps practices and CI / CD pipelines .Preferred Tech Stack Exposure
