Role Description

This is a full-time on-site position based in Jaipur for a Senior Designer. The Senior Designer will be responsible for creating impactful and visually engaging designs for various projects, including branding, packaging, digital media, and promotional materials. Key responsibilities include developing original graphics, overseeing projects from conception to completion, collaborating with the marketing and product teams, and ensuring adherence to the brand's identity. The Senior Designer will play a significant role in shaping the brand's visual narrative.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Graphic Design, Illustration, and Typography
• Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
• Experience in Branding and Packaging Design
• Familiarity with UI / UX principles and digital design tools such as Adobe XD, Figma, or Sketch
• Strong conceptual thinking and creativity to develop fresh design solutions
• Project management skills with attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills to work effectively across teams
• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field
• Previous experience in consumer goods or food industries is a plus
