About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Intern to join our HR team. This internship offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment, employer branding, and candidate engagement. You will work closely with recruiters and hiring managers to help identify, attract, and onboard top talent.
Key Responsibilities
Sourcing & Recruitment Support
- Assist in sourcing candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, and other professional networks.
- Review resumes and applications to shortlist qualified candidates.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring teams.
Candidate Engagement
Communicate with candidates to ensure a positive recruitment experience.Support pre-onboarding activities by assisting with document collection and compliance checks.Employer Branding & Campus Hiring
Contribute to job postings across relevant platforms.Assist in planning and executing campus recruitment initiatives and employer branding events.Data & Reporting
Maintain and update applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment records.Prepare reports on hiring metrics and candidate pipelines.Qualifications
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.Detail-oriented with good organizational skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with ATS is an advantage.What You Will Gain
