As a practitioner, within the Human Resource Transformation, the Individual will be responsible to implement the system in a global setup and will help configure, implement, and provide production / warranty support.

Desired qualifications

User Personas and Journey Mapping :

Develop user personas representing different user types and their characteristics.

Create user journey maps to visualize the user experience across various touchpoints.

Wireframing and Prototyping :

Develop wireframes and low-fidelity prototypes to outline the structure and layout of digital interfaces.

Iterate on designs based on feedback and usability testing.

Visual Design :

Create visually appealing and cohesive designs for user interfaces.

Define color schemes, typography, and iconography to enhance the overall aesthetics.

Information Architecture :

Organize and structure content to ensure a logical and intuitive user experience.

Design navigation systems that are user-friendly and efficient.

Interaction Design :

Design and refine interactive elements, including buttons, forms, and other UI components.

Ensure a smooth and intuitive flow of user interactions.

Usability Testing :

Plan and conduct usability testing sessions to evaluate the effectiveness of designs.

Analyze feedback and make iterative improvements based on user testing results.

Accessibility :

Ensure designs comply with accessibility standards to make digital products inclusive for users with disabilities.

Conduct accessibility audits and implement improvements.

Collaboration with Development Teams :

Collaborate with developers to ensure the feasibility and proper implementation of design concepts.

Provide design assets and specifications for development.

Client and Stakeholder Communication :

Communicate design concepts and decisions to clients and project stakeholders.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align design with business goals.

Design Documentation :

Create detailed design documentation, including style guides, design systems, and component libraries.

Ensure consistency in design across different sections of a product.

Rapid Prototyping :

Use prototyping tools to quickly demonstrate and validate design concepts.

Gather early feedback to inform design decisions.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in any field

Proven experience 2 to 3 years as a UI / UX designer, interaction designer, or similar role.

Strong portfolio showcasing a range of UI / UX design projects, with an emphasis on user-centered design principles and problem-solving skills.

Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Adobe XD, Figma, or similar software.

Knowledge of front-end development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and their impact on UI / UX design is a plus.

Location and way of working

Base location : Delhi (5 days work from office)
