Role Overview :

We are looking for a dynamic Operations Associate to manage the end-to-end loan process — from lead login to disbursement while maintaining strong client relationships and ensuring operational excellence. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in small-ticket loan sales, particularly in the EdTech or Consumer Durables sectors.

Key Responsibilities :

• Manage the complete loan lifecycle from lead login to disbursement.
• Maintain and strengthen relationships with clients and partners to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Achieve sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.
• Handle loan collection cases professionally and efficiently.
• Ensure timely coordination with internal teams and partners for smooth operations.
• Exhibit proactive communication and quick response in client interactions.

Working Days : 6 Days (The last Sunday of each month will be a working day, with overtime (OT) provided as per company policy.)
