Key Responsibilities :

• Fund Operations Oversight : Take charge of the entire spectrum of fund operations, including trade processing, reconciliation, NAV calculation, and investor servicing.
• Fund Accounting : Ensure accurate and timely recording of all fund transactions, including income, expenses, and capital activity.
• Setting up of Process : Identify opportunities for process optimization and efficiency enhancement within the fund operations workflow.
• Regulatory Compliance : Ensure compliance with applicable regulations and reporting obligations.
• Relationship Management : Serve as a key point of contact for external stakeholders, including fund administrators, auditors, and regulatory authorities. Build and maintain strong relationships to support the effective operation of the funds.
• Risk Management : Identify and mitigate operational risks associated with fund operations, ensuring robust controls are in place to safeguard fund assets and maintain data integrity.
