Inviting applications for the role of Assistant Vice President, Practice Lead - Embedded Systems (AVP)!

We are looking for a highly experienced Engineering expert to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of mechanical engineering principles and practices, AI implementation in the Engineering process, and will play a crucial role in driving innovation and excellence in our projects. This position requires a strong understanding of industry standards, best practices, and emerging technologies in mechanical engineering.

Responsibilities

• .Provide expert guidance on embedded system design, development, and implementation. Lead technical discussions and decision-making processes to ensure optimal solutions.
• .Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project requirements, timelines, and deliverables. Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
• .Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in embedded systems. Drive innovation by proposing new technologies and methodologies to enhance product offerings.
• .Develop and enforce quality standards for embedded system development. Conduct thorough testing and validation to ensure reliability and performance.
• .Mentor junior engineers and provide training sessions to enhance team capabilities. Share knowledge through workshops and seminars.
