SAP HCM Consultant

We are looking for a skilled SAP HCM Consultant with hands-on experience in India Payroll and end-to-end implementation projects.

The ideal candidate should have strong functional knowledge of HCM modules, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work in dynamic business environments.

Key Responsibilities :

• Work on SAP HCM India Payroll configurations, including wage types, PCRs, schemas, and statutory compliance.
• Participate in two full-cycle SAP HCM implementation projects - from requirement gathering to go-live and post-implementation support.
• Configure and support sub-modules such as Personnel Administration (PA), Organizational Management (OM), Time Management (TM), and Payroll.
• Handle statutory requirements (PF, ESI, PT, Income Tax, LWF, etc.) and ensure compliance with Indian payroll laws.
• Support integration with FI / CO and other SAP modules.
• Conduct testing (Unit, Integration, and User Acceptance) and prepare related documentation.
• Coordinate with business users to resolve issues and provide end-user training.
• Prepare and maintain functional specifications for enhancements and custom developments.
