Role Overview We’re seeking a skilled EDI Claims Engineer to join our healthcare technology team. You’ll be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining electronic data interchange (EDI) systems that support healthcare claims processing, ensuring seamless data flow between payers, providers, and clearinghouses.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain EDI transactions (837, 835, 277, 999, etc.) for healthcare claims
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA and ANSI X12 standards
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to troubleshoot and resolve EDI issues
• Monitor EDI transmissions and perform root cause analysis for failed transactions
• Support onboarding of new trading partners and configuration of EDI maps
• Document workflows, mappings, and integration processes
