We’re currently looking for a

Mid-level IBM BAW Developer

to join our team and help shape the future of digital process automation.

Position Overview

As an IBM BAW Developer at Blue Polaris, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining workflow-based solutions using

IBM Business Automation Workflow (BAW) . You will work closely with cross-functional teams to create user-friendly and efficient process applications that integrate with enterprise systems.

Key Responsibilities

Design and implement business workflows using

IBM BAW .

Develop integrations using

SOAP

and

REST APIs .

Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.

Build and enhance user interfaces using

React ,

Angular ,

Bootstrap ,

CSS , and

JavaScript .

Conduct unit and integration testing to ensure application performance and stability.

Troubleshoot and resolve workflow or integration issues in a timely manner.

Provide technical support and documentation for internal teams and users.

Stay updated on IBM BAW capabilities and best practices in workflow automation.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related discipline.

4–7 years of hands-on experience

in

IBM BAW

development.

Strong understanding of

BPMN , business process design, and workflow modeling.

Solid experience with

SOAP

and

RESTful

API integration.

Front-end skills : proficiency in

React ,

Angular ,

Bootstrap ,

JavaScript , and

CSS .

Familiarity with UX design principles and responsive UI development.

Experience working in

Agile / Scrum

environments.

Strong problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.

Preferred Skills

Experience with

IBM Cloud Pak for Business Automation .

Basic knowledge of

SQL

and relational databases.

Familiarity with

Git

or other version control systems.
