Role Overview

We are seeking a Business Development Manager to drive client acquisition and build long-term relationships with U.S. clients. The role requires strong communication, consultative sales skills, and the ability to identify opportunities where Citadel’s virtual workforce solutions can add value.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, pursue, and convert new business opportunities, primarily in the U.S. market.
  • Conduct consultative discussions with prospects to understand business needs and propose tailored staffing solutions.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
  • Develop proposals, negotiate terms, and close contracts.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding of clients.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities in CRM systems.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly / quarterly business development targets.
  • Stay updated on outsourcing trends, competitor offerings, and client requirements.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Proven experience in business development, sales, or client acquisition (preferably in outsourcing, staffing, or IT services).
  • Prior experience working with U.S. clients is strongly preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a consultative approach.
  • Strong negotiation and relationship-building abilities.
  • Ability to work independently in a virtual environment.
  • Familiarity with CRMs, proposal tools, and communication platforms.
  • Positive attitude, proactive approach, and target-driven mindset.
