Key Responsibilities :
SAP SD (Sales & Distribution) :
- Configure and support Order-to-Cash (OTC) processes including :
- Sales order processing
- Pricing, billing, delivery, and invoicing
- Output management and credit management
- Work with business stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver SD solutions.
SAP CS (Customer Service) :
Design and configure service processes such as :Service orders, notifications, repair processingWarranties and service contractsEquipment and serial number managementIntegrate CS with PM (Plant Maintenance), MM, and SD modules for seamless operations.Support resource-related billing (RRB) and field service operations.Integration & Collaboration :
Collaborate with technical teams for custom developments (e.g., user exits, enhancements).Ensure proper integration with SAP FI, MM, and other logistics modules.Support integration with third-party tools (e.g., CRM or FSM systems).Testing, Documentation & Support :
Perform unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT).Provide post-go-live support and conduct root cause analysis for incidents.Create configuration documentation, training materials, and SOPs.Required Skills & Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, or Engineering.5+ years of hands-on SAP SD experience.2+ years of experience with SAP CS module .Strong understanding of equipment master, service notifications, and repair processing.Experience with SAP S / 4HANA or ECC environments.Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.Skills Required
