Role Description

This is a contract on-site role for a DSA and Python Trainer / Professor located in Pune. The Trainer / Professor will be responsible for developing and delivering curriculum on Data Structures and Algorithms (DSA) and Python, engaging with students through lectures and hands-on training sessions. The role involves conducting assessments, providing feedback, and ensuring a positive learning experience for students. Additionally, the trainer will collaborate with other staff to enhance training programs and meet educational standards.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Teaching, Training, and Education
• Candidate will be teaching to a batch of 60 / 120 students on college campus for 2nd and 3rd year students
• Experience in Curriculum Development and utilizing innovative teaching methods
• Excellent Communication skills for effective student interaction and instruction
• Proficient in DSA and Python programming
• Relevant certifications or degrees (preferably in Computer Science, IT, or related field)
• Ability to engage with and motivate students
• Prior experience in training roles is beneficial
