Product Lead

Responsibilities :

• Own a product area end-to-end, define the why, what, and how for features that deliver measurable impact to enterprise customers.
• Work closely with engineering, design, clinical, and data science teams to translate complex workflows into intuitive, scalable SaaS solutions.
• Turn user pain points into structured product requirements, backed by data, usability insights, and clear prioritization logic.
• Use metrics to measure success, adoption, accuracy, turnaround time, or customer value and iterate fast.
• Drive clarity in trade-offs between speed, scale, and quality;

make prioritization decisions based on business impact, not volume of requests.
