Position : Oracle HCM Cloud Consultant (AI Solutions)

Location : Responsibilities :

• Lead and manage end-to-end implementations of Oracle HCM Cloud modules including Recruitment, Absence, and Core HR.
• Provide functional expertise and solution design across Payroll, Compensation, and Talent modules (good to have).
• Analyze and define AI-based HR use cases and design practical day-to-day applications to enhance HR processes.
• Implement AI-based solutions, with strong experience in Oracle Digital Assistant (ODA) for HR operations and employee self-service.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business challenges and propose innovative AI-driven HR solutions.
• Provide post-implementation support, training, and continuous improvement for Oracle HCM and AI-enabled Skills :
• Minimum 8+ years of experience in Oracle HCM Cloud.
• Strong hands-on experience with Recruitment, Absence, and Core HR modules.
• Exposure to Payroll, Compensation, and Talent management modules is an advantage.
• Proven expertise in designing and implementing AI / ML-based HR solutions.
• Practical experience with Oracle Digital Assistant (ODA) and conversational AI for HR workflows.
• Strong understanding of HR business processes and ability to align them with technology.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
