As a key member of the finance team, this senior accounting role involves focus on Sage Intacct development and maintenance.
This includes support for month end financial reporting and year-end audits. Key responsibilities include :
- Maintaining and owning fixed assets and intangible assets ledger in Sage Intacct
- Ensuring accuracy of monthly COGS reporting and analysis
- Building and updating financial reports and dashboards in Sage
- Administration of invoice templates, vendors, customer records, project costing, payment approval process, inventory, financial planning and analysis module etc
- Assisting with preparation and coordination of year-end audits by preparing required schedules, reconciliations and supporting documents.
- Varying subsidiary legal entity filing compliance
Requirements :
Minimum 5 years of senior accounting experience, with exposure to financial reporting.Strong knowledge of Sage Intacct and its workflows.CPA designation and Degree in AccountingAbility to work independently.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
