Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Senior Python Developer. The role is based in Mumbai, with flexibility for some work-from-home arrangements. The Senior Python Developer will be responsible for developing and maintaining backend components, designing and implementing scalable architectures, optimizing code for performance, conducting code reviews, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. Additionally, the role involves writing reusable and efficient code and troubleshooting issues as they arise.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in Python development and familiarity with frameworks such as Django or Flask.
• Experience in backend development, building APIs, and working with RESTful services.
• Proficiency in databases (SQL and NoSQL) and experience with database design.
• Experience with cloud platforms and tools such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Ability to optimize and debug code for performance and scalability.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a collaborative approach to development.
• Familiarity with containerization tools like Docker, and orchestration tools like Kubernetes.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Experience mentoring junior developers is a plus.
