• Manage calendars, appointments, and meeting schedules for senior leadership.
• Coordinate travel plans, itineraries, and logistics.
• Prepare meeting minutes, presentations, documents, and reports.
• Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
• Assist in daily administrative tasks, follow-ups, email management, and task tracking.
• Coordinate internal and external communication on behalf of the leadership team.
