Product and process knowledge to handle Criminal, civil and consumer forum cases

Preferably from lew background

Must maintain the data confidentiality

Governance

Must govern the law firms who manages the litigations for the Bank, vetting of the complaint copies before submissions is mandate.

Effectively and collaboratively identify, escalate, mitigate and resolve risk, conduct and compliance matters.

Serve as a Director of the Board

Exercise authorities delegated by the Board of Directors and act in accordance with Articles of Association (or equivalent)

Skills and Experience

Handling litigation cases currently and hands on experience to Banks litigation Retail portfolio.

Qualifications

Law graduate preferably
