PHP Developer - Laravel / CodeIgniter

Job Summary :

We are looking for a skilled and experienced PHP Developer to join our development team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in PHP and modern PHP frameworks, and will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining web applications.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams to create high-performance, scalable, and secure solutions that power dynamic web platforms.

Key Responsibilities :

• Design, develop, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable PHP-based web applications and services.
• Collaborate with front-end developers, designers, and product managers to define project requirements and deliver optimal solutions.
• Write clean, well-documented, and testable code following coding standards and best practices.
• Develop and integrate APIs (REST / SOAP) and third-party services.
• Work on backend logic, server-side components, and database design and optimization.
• Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve issues across multiple browsers, platforms, and devices.
• Optimize applications for performance, scalability, and security.
• Maintain version control using Git and participate in code reviews.
• Stay current with new technologies and best practices in web Skills & Qualifications :
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience in PHP development.
• Proficiency in Core PHP and at least one modern PHP framework such as Laravel, Symfony, CodeIgniter, or Yii.
• Strong understanding of object-oriented programming (OOP) and MVC architecture.
• Experience with MySQL, PostgreSQL, or other relational databases.
• Familiarity with front-end technologies like HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and jQuery.
• Experience with version control systems such as Git.
• Knowledge of RESTful API development and integration.
• Basic understanding of security principles in web applications (XSS, CSRF, SQL injection, etc.
• Good problem-solving skills and ability to work in a collaborative team environment
