About the Role :
Primary Responsibilities
- Drive new business acquisition by identifying, prospecting, and converting leads across brand managers, media agencies, and digital-first startups.
- Own the entire sales cycle — from outreach, discovery, and pitching to proposal, negotiation, and closure.
- Present compelling sales narratives and pitch IP / talent / content-led solutions to CXOs, CMOs, and senior decision-makers.
- Build and manage a robust sales pipeline through self-generated research, outreach, and proactive client engagement.
- Translate client pain points into actionable, insight-led brand solutions using our talent and content strengths.
Secondary Responsibilities
Coordinate with internal talent, content, and campaign teams for seamless onboarding and execution .Act as a liaison between client expectations and internal delivery, ensuring high client satisfaction and repeat business.Share actionable feedback from the field to product and leadership teams to improve offerings and refine pitches .Work closely with the founding and leadership team to align sales efforts with business growth strategies .Requirements
1–2 years of experience in business development, sales, or partnerships — preferably in IP sales, influencer marketing, digital content, or ad sales.Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed revenue targets through consultative, high-touch selling .Prior experience in working with agencies, brands, or platforms on branded content, influencer campaigns, or digital-first solutions.A strong understanding of how brands invest in creator-led storytelling and long-form content.Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.Familiarity with CRM tools and basic sales reporting.Bonus If You Have
Experience managing long-term client relationships or selling recurring content-led deals.Strong network in the brand marketing, digital agency, or entertainment / media industry.A pulse on content trends, creator economy shifts, and regional market nuances.What We Offer
