About the Role :

We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic individual to join our team as a PE Fellow. This fellowship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the Private Equity ecosystem initiatives, knowledge series, educational programs, and contributing towards industry research. The ideal candidate will work closely with the IVCA team managing various stakeholders, including the top management of PE firms, government bodies, and other relevant stakeholders to support and enhance our initiatives.

Key Responsibilities :

PE Ecosystem Initiatives :

Collaborate with the IVCA PE team to develop and execute both online and offline PE Ecosystem initiatives

Coordinate and manage the logistics of all initiatives, including scheduling, communication, participant engagement, venue selection, vendor coordination, etc.

Maintaining a healthy NPS for all of the IVCA initiatives

Stakeholder Engagement :

Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders in the PE ecosystem, including investors, government bodies, entrepreneurs, and academic institutions.

Serve as a point of contact for program participants and attendees, addressing inquiries and providing support.

Content Creation and Marketing :

Assist in the creation of educational content, including presentations, case studies, and promotional materials.

Support marketing efforts by developing / providing content for newsletters, social media, and other communication channels.

Research and Analysis :

Conduct research on industry trends, emerging technologies, and market opportunities relevant to the PE ecosystem.

Compile and present findings to support program development and strategic planning.

Qualifications :

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, Technology, or a related field.

The position is open only for freshers.

Strong interest in Private Equity, Venture Capital, Startups, and Entrepreneurship.

Excellent organizational and project management skills.

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Good to have proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Prior experience in event management or educational program coordination is a plus.

Willingness to travel as needed.
