About the Role :

We are looking for a Lead UX / UI Designer who will be the creative force behind our digital productsdesigning intuitive, visually stunning, and user-friendly experiences for a global audience. Youll blend strategic thinking with hands-on design, leading UX efforts while collaborating with product managers, developers, and business stakeholders to build exceptional financial experiences.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead user research, persona creation, and journey mapping.
• Design wireframes, prototypes, and polished UI for fintech products.
• Build and evolve a scalable design system ensuring consistency.
• Conduct usability testing and translate feedback into improvements.
• Ensure accessibility standards and inclusive design practices.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment.
