Work Hours : 9 : 30 AM-8 : 30 PM = 6days (Saturday early leave at 5 : 30 PM)

🎗️Experience required : 2 + years

🎗️Graduation : LLB

🎗️Personal Attributes : Team player and needs to take up end to end responsibility of assignments handed over to them.

🎗️Communication Skills : Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Languages Known English, Kannada(mandatory)

🎗️Key Competencies (Knowledge, Skills, Attitude & Behavior) : Having knowledge / expertise in Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code or Civil Procedure

Corporate and Commercial Litigation : Main areas of practice will be in Commercial Courts Act, Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, Companies Act, Arbitration & Negotiable Instruments Act.

⚖️Qualifications :

🖋️2+ years practicing lawyer before Trial courts at Bangalore.

🖋️Having knowledge / expertise in IBC or CPC.

🖋️Strong communication and interpersonal skills

🖋️Candidates who can talk in Kannada are preferred.

⚖️Responsibilities :

🖋️Should be able to research and draft notices, plaints, petitions independently.

🖋️Coordinate with clients and juniors for filing and ensure litigation management.

🖋️Representation before District Courts, Commercial Courts and Arbitration

Tribunals.

🖋️Assist the senior during the evidence and arguments stage.
