Real-Time Communications Developer

We are seeking a highly skilled Real-Time Communications Developer to join our team. As a key member of our engineering department, you will be responsible for designing and implementing resilient back-end services that power real-time communications analytics and automation at scale.

You will design APIs, process streaming data, and integrate with voice / telephony and cloud services to deliver low-latency, high-reliability experiences. Your primary focus will be on building and optimizing real-time data pipelines for call / quality metrics; owning observability, tracing, and SLOs (p95 / p99).

You will work closely with our development team to containerize workloads with Docker, contribute to CI / CD, and collaborate on cloud deployment. You will also apply distributed-systems patterns for scale and fault tolerance. Additionally, you will model data in PostgreSQL and MongoDB; tune indexes / queries; maintain migration discipline.
