Technical Presales Specialist

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the primary pre-sales support for the sales team and clients
• Understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions
• Prepare solution documentation, BOQs, proposals, and presentations
• Coordinate custom solution requirements and deployment plans
• Liaise between clients, sales, internal technical teams, and external vendors
• Ensure timely delivery, installation, and implementation of solutions
• Conduct product demonstrations and client briefings when required
• Track project progress, maintain documentation, and ensure milestone compliance
• Ensure smooth handover to support teams with complete documentation
• Maintain high standards of customer experience and communication at all times
