Job Responsibilities :

Strategic Finance & Leadership

  • Oversee financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and business analysis across multiple business units and geographies.
  • Partner with the leadership team to develop and implement strategic financial plans aligned with business goals.
  • Drive profitability, margin optimization, and cost efficiency through analytical insights.

IPO Readiness & Fundraising

  • Lead end-to-end IPO readiness including due diligence, corporate restructuring, and coordination with auditors, legal advisors, and bankers.
  • Manage investor relations, prepare business forecasts, valuation models, and investor decks for equity fundraising.
  • Ensure compliance with SEBI SAST regulations and other regulatory frameworks.

    • Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A)

  • Drive Annual Operating Plans (AOPs), financial models, and performance reviews.
  • Conduct in-depth variance analysis, product costing, pricing, and margin analysis.
  • Provide insights on revenue trends, cash flow, and cost optimization opportunities.

    • Financial Reporting & Governance

  • Oversee global financial reporting under Indian GAAP, US GAAP, and IFRS.
  • Lead statutory, tax, and internal audits with Big 4 firms.
  • Establish and monitor internal financial controls and SOPs to ensure governance and transparency.

    • Mergers & Acquisitions

  • Manage due diligence, valuation, and integration processes for M&A activities.
  • Execute post-merger business and financial system integration.

    • Treasury & Compliance

  • Oversee banking, treasury, and cash flow management.
  • Ensure compliance with RBI, FEMA, Income Tax, GST, and SEZ / STPI regulations.
  • Manage international taxation and regulatory reporting across India, US, and UK.

    • Team Leadership

  • Build and mentor a high-performing finance team, defining roles and driving accountability.
  • Promote a culture of financial discipline, data-driven decisions, and continuous improvement.

    • Key Requirements :

  • Qualification : Chartered Accountant (CA); MBA Finance preferred.
  • Experience : 20+ years of progressive experience in finance leadership roles, preferably in IT / SaaS / Tech-based organizations .
  • Hands-on experience in IPO planning, fundraising (USD 30M+), FP&A, and investor relations .
  • Strong understanding of global financial reporting standards (IGAAP, US GAAP, IFRS) .
  • Proven ability to lead M&A, compliance, and large-scale financial transformations.
  • Excellent leadership, analytical, and communication skills.
