Designation : LLM SME / Open Source AI and LLM Executive (Junior Role) Location : Baner, Pune Business Units : Customer Experience, Sales, Marketing & Finance Experience : 0–2 years (Freshers welcome) Job Type : Full-Time About the Role SkyMeric Technologies is building next-generation Agentic AI and open-source LLM-driven solutions for enterprise automation. This junior role is ideal for freshers and early career professionals who want to work with LLMs, open-source AI frameworks, and enterprise system integrations. Key Responsibilities - Work on integrating open-source AI and LLM frameworks with enterprise systems.

• Assist in building LLM-based workflows, RAG pipelines, autonomous agents, and chatbots.
• Support development of AI-driven solutions across CX, Sales, Marketing & Finance.
• Collaborate with internal teams to deploy and maintain AI-driven solutions.
• Assist with data preparation, prompt creation, dataset annotation, and evaluation.
• Prepare documentation, SOPs, and reports. Training Provided - LLM & GenAI basics : prompts, RAG, embeddings, agents.
• Agentic AI frameworks : LangChain, LlamaIndex, open-source tools.
• System integration fundamentals : APIs, CRM / ERP basics.
• Functional training for CX, Sales, Marketing & Finance. Preferred Technical Skills - Familiarity with AI tools and ChatGPT-like platforms.
• Basic understanding of open-source LLMs.
• Python or basic coding knowledge.
• Understanding of APIs and JSON. Qualifications - BCA, B.Com (CA), Diploma in IT / Computer Engineering, or any technical degree.
• Freshers or up to 2 years experience.
