Job Summary :
We are looking for an experienced  Area Sales Manager  to handle sales and business development for  uPVC Profiles . The role involves managing channel partners, dealers, and fabricators while ensuring business growth and market expansion in the assigned territory.
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and manage sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual targets.
 - Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers, distributors, and fabricators.
 - Identify new business opportunities and expand market reach for uPVC & Aluminium profiles.
 - Conduct product presentations and training sessions for channel partners.
 - Monitor competitor activities and market trends.
 - Coordinate with the internal team for pricing, dispatch, and after-sales support.
 - Prepare and submit regular sales reports and forecasts to management.
 - Ensure timely collection of payments and maintain credit discipline.
 
Requirements :
Experience :  4–8 years in uPVC profiles / building materials / construction industry.Qualification :  Graduate / MBA in Sales & Marketing preferred.Skills :  Excellent communication, negotiation, and team-handling abilities.Location Flexibility :  Should be open to travel within assigned territory.Industry Preference :  uPVC profiles, hardware fittings, aluminium systems, or building materials.Perks and Benefits :
