Cloud Data Delivery Specialist

We are seeking a seasoned cloud data delivery expert to lead our offshore delivery center. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record in cloud modernization and project delivery leadership roles.

• Core Technical Skills
• Extensive hands-on experience with cloud modernization of ETL pipelines is required.
• Strong debugging skills and deep understanding of enterprise analytics stack are essential.
• A proven track record with at least one hyperscaler analytic environment, such as Databricks or Snowflake, is necessary.
• Informatica (IDMC / CDGC) proficiency is preferred; strong knowledge of IDMC or leading cloud ETL tools is required.
• The ability to quickly pick up new technologies and apply best practices for delivery centers is crucial.
• Leadership Experience
• A minimum of 10+ years of IT project delivery leadership experience, ideally including technical leads aspiring for or having experience as offshore center leads.
• Prior experience managing and delivering successful cloud modernization projects for North American clients is essential.
• A strong ability to proactively solve problems, plan and report status, and deliver on time and under budget is required.
• Location & Collaboration
• Candidates may live anywhere, but must be willing to work at least 6 hours aligned with Eastern Standard Time (EST).
• A background in leading client calls, managing escalations, and engaging effectively with North American stakeholders is necessary.
• Business Outcomes & KPIs
• Proven experience managing project budgets, reducing delivery delays, and accelerating migration velocity is essential.
• Communication & Soft Skills
• The ability to lead technical client discussions, communicate with executive stakeholders, and politely push back as needed is crucial.
• A collaborative team mindset, strong status reporting, and a proactive approach to anticipating and overcoming delivery risks when managing a twenty five member team are essential.
• Responsibility for hiring and firing team members is also required.
• Certifications & Tools
• Experience with Informatica, Databricks, and Snowflake; cloud platform certification(s) is preferred.
