🎨 AI-First Designer- Marketing Noida

Experience : 3–5 years

Location : Noida - In office

Team : Brand & Marketing, Nucleus Software

Work closely with : Global CMO & Head of Design- Marketing

Most design jobs today ask you to “bring ideas to life.”

We’re asking for something different.

We want someone who still plays with design : who believes visuals can move thought, who argues over grids and typography not because they’re right, but because they care .

At Nucleus , we’re redesigning what marketing feels like in an AI-first world.

It’s messy. Experimental. Sometimes brilliant, sometimes broken.

But always alive.

What You’ll Actually Do

  • Design across mediums — visual storytelling, campaigns, digital experiences, motion — not for the feed, but for meaning. ( dont worry if you don't know the tools, you must know the concept, will train you on tools but you must be ready for the grind)
  • Use AI tools (Midjourney, Runway, Figma AI, ChatGPT, etc.) as co-creators , not shortcuts.
  • Explore ideas until they reveal something new : about the brand, or about you.
  • Debate. Sketch. Rebuild. Simplify. (Repeat.)
  • Help shape a visual language for a company that’s quietly redefining enterprise tech with soul.

Who You Probably Are

  • You’ve been designing for 3–5 years and you’re past the stage of chasing trends. You want clarity, depth, and intent .
  • You think in systems, but you love breaking them too.
  • You believe AI doesn’t replace intuition : it amplifies it.
  • You get itchy when things feel “good enough.” ( Very Important )
  • You’re equally comfortable discussing Pantone shades and marketing psychology.
  • You’re here for the joy of the game , not the scoreboard.

    This is not a “marketing design” role.

    It’s an AI design lab inside a 40-year-old tech company that’s reinventing itself from the inside out.

    You’ll work directly with people who think about story, craft, and scale the way you think about line weight and light.

    We’re changing the game : not in slogans, but in practice .

    And we need someone who knows that design is a conversation, not decoration.
