SHAREPOINT ONLINE ADMINISTRATION
- Manage SharePoint Online sites, including site creation, structure, and lifecycle.
- Handle user permissions and access controls in alignment with organizational policies.
- Use PowerShell to automate administrative tasks and generate reports.
- Support content owners and site users with best practices and troubleshooting.
CROSS-TRAINING & COLLABORATION
Participate in cross-training initiatives to support broader Microsoft 365 administration.Collaborate with IT and business teams to align Microsoft 365 capabilities with organizational needs.Document processes and contribute to knowledge sharing across the team.Required Qualifications :
Proven experience as a Microsoft 365 Administrator, with a focus on Teams and SharePoint Online.Strong understanding of QE metrics, reporting tools, and data analysis.Proficiency in PowerShell scripting for Microsoft 365 administration.Experience with SharePoint site management and permission handling.Excellent communication and troubleshooting skills.Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment."
